Returns & Cancellation Policy
Returning Any Goods
If you believe that you have received faulty products or wish to return a product for another reason please contact us via email at email@example.com within 7 working days. We will then advise you of the next steps in returning your products.
Cancelling Your Order
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may wish to cancel your order. If you do wish to cancel your order please contact us via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our office on 01954 232722. We can cancel your order at any time as long as the goods haven’t been dispatched.
In the event that your order has been dispatched you can return the goods within 7 working days of receiving the goods (see "Returning Any Goods" section above). The goods returned must be without damage, un-opened and in their original packaging. The costs of returning goods will be your responsibility and we will not accept responsibility for the cost of return of the item. Once the goods have been received we will authorise a refund. We will refund for the cost of the goods only. The goods will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us. We strongly advise that you insure the goods and get proof of postage in case of loss or damage.
We want you to enjoy our products as quickly as possible, therefore we aim to achieve next day delivery on all orders where possible.
Once your goods are dispatched we will email you with any relevant tracking information where available.
For small packages we ship via Royal Mail and larger parcels are sent via a specialist courier and expect your order to arrive the next day (Mon-Fri) where orders are placed before 1pm Monday-Friday.
Unfortunately, we try our best to dispatch and deliver your goods within the time frame stated however some factors out of our control may affect this process and we can not guarantee that all goods will reach you within this time frame. If you require products before a stated time/ date, please contact us via email or phone to discuss arranging this.
